Loan Periods

If you check out or renew items at another library, you must observe other libraries’ loan period and fines policies.

Always ask about loan periods, fines, and grace days at other system libraries.

Library materials can be renewed online or by calling (262) 569-2193, ext. 200.  We will renew most items three times if there is not a hold on the item. Interlibrary loan periods vary.

When you are logged into the online catalog, the area at the side of the page shows the total number of items you have currently checked out from the library. You can view a list of the materials you currently have checked out, and renew items if your library provides this option. Occasionally, you may not be able to renew items because there is a problem with your account, an item may satisfy another patron’s hold request, or it has already been renewed the maximum number of times allowed. Library policy determines if an item can be renewed.

  • Enter your barcode and password
