Teen Book Crates

The Library’s free subscription service for teens that doesn’t require a subscription! All you need is a library card and to fill out this form. Then you get a monthly box full of books tailored to your reading preferences, as well as snacks, stickers, and other fun stuff that you get to keep!

How it works:

• Teen Book Crates are for ages 12 through 18 and should be requested by the reader, not adults, using the request form below.
• Teen Book Crates are available once a month, one per person.
• A valid library card is required. 
• Books will be pulled mainly from the young adult section of the Library, which is best suited for teens between the ages of 12-18.
• The loan period for the box is seven days.
• A late fee will be charged for each day the box is overdue.
• Boxes need to be returned inside at the Oconomowoc Public Library’s checkout desk. Books may be renewed and follow regular checkout loan periods.
• Everything else in the box is yours to keep.
