Book and media donations are accepted during the Library’s open hours. Due to space limitations, please notify the Library in advance if you plan to donate more than two boxes. Donations must be brought in nonreturnable containers.
Donated items are evaluated for potential addition to the Library’s collections in accordance with the Library’s Collection Development Policy and Gifts & Donations Policy. Materials not selected for the collection may be added to the Friends of the Oconomowoc Library book sale.

- Discards from other libraries
- Reader’s Digest or other condensed books
- Medical, computer, travel books, or maps over three years old
- Items in poor condition (moldy, musty, smoky, torn, marked, or missing pages)
- Cassette and VHS tapes
- CD-ROMs
- Floppy discs
