Home Service is available to those who are temporarily or permanently unable to visit the Library due to an illness, disability, or other qualifying circumstances. The Library will make monthly deliveries to your home. Contact our Special Services Coordinator or call (262) 569-2193, ext. 206 with questions.
Based on your preferences, we will select items and check them out to your library card. (Don’t have a card? We can get you one!) A volunteer will make a scheduled visit to deliver your new items and return your finished items to the Library.
This service is free and late fines will not be charged. However, if an item or bag is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost.
All staff and volunteers have passed background checks. For the safety of all parties, volunteers are not allowed to enter your home. You will exchange your items at the door.
